These Hypnosis Sessions include a pre-talk  to discuss the issue you would like to resolve and how it will most benefit you. Each session will then be adapted to your specific needs.  If you wish, your session will be recorded and the recording will be sent to you within 24 hours for you to re-listen to as often as you wish.  Although most people have very positive and effective results from just one session, some find a couple of follow-up sessions to be highly beneficial to 'tweak' the wording, or for more reinforcement.

Sessions can range from 60-75 min.

Demystifying Hypnosis

All learning behavior change is unconscious!

The iceberg represents the conscious and unconscious mind. Everything above the water (approx... 10%) represents conscious awareness while everything underneath the water (approx... 90%) represents the unconscious.

Hypnosis speaks DIRECTLY to your unconscious mind and bridges your conscious and unconscious mind, thus allowing positive and powerful change in your thoughts, behaviors, and lives. 


What is it not?

Hypnosis is not a state of unconsciousness, nor is it a state of sleep. You will never hear me say, "You are getting very sleepy while swinging a pendulum in front of you. You will never reveal your deepest secrets while under hypnosis.


It is not mind-control. YOU are Always in control! So....



What is it?

Hypnosis is much like being in a very natural, and relaxed state of being that one may experience every day. Think of getting into your car and automatically securing your seat belt, driving down the road, and arriving at your destination, and wondering how you got there. That is self-hypnosis.

This state is attained through a gentle, guided imagery progression using your natural abilities of imagination, listening to my voice, and following my directions. Hypnosis is much like guided meditation.

 Using Hypnosis, I facilitate others in creating powerful change in their thoughts, behaviors, and lives. Hypnosis is for anyone who wants to make changes in their lives, change their internal dialogue and feelings, and to meet their goals through this process of imagination.
