Cancellation Policy ~ By scheduling a session/appointment with Peaceful Dragonfly Healing, I agree to this policy. 

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  Please know that whether in person or remotely, I do incur costs to rent the space, and energetically hold and prepare the space for our time together.  The time you choose below is reserved  exclusively for you.

Therefore, in my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients, the following policies are honored:

24-hour advance notice is required if you need to reschedule/cancel a session. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a session. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. There are no refunds. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Credit card required at initial intake.

N0-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment/session for whatever reason will be considered a “no show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

In the event that you have a time restriction, kindly let me know when you arrive so we can get a timely start. 

Due to the nature of these services, there are no refunds.
