The Full Moon is known as a time of releasing, and letting go of old energies and emotional baggage. As many of you are aware, those heavy energies tend to build up, similar to the waxing of the moon. It’s time to release them in this Full Moon ceremony and cleansing ritual.
Through Sound Healing, Guided Meditation, and Essential Oil blends created just for this purpose, we will gather in a small and intimate group (3-8) to begin the process of releasing any negativity that may have accumulated in your own energetic and emotional fields recently.
You will be gently guided into a relaxed state, and then anointed with several essential oil blends designed specifically for this purpose. After meditation, and coming back into full awareness, you will feel more relaxed, balanced and at peace.
Healthy snacks and conversation will follow as we allow time for those wishing to share any insights or experiences...
