What is Reiki?
Reiki ("Ray-Key") means Universal Life Force and it is the boundless and immeasurable energy of the universe. It constantly renews itself from its source, making it unlimited and never-ending. When a trained and initiated practitioner channels Reiki, it activates the body's innate healing capabilities through a gentle touch, or ‘laying on of hands’.

From the comfort of your home, you can experience the benefits of soothing Reiki energy, including reduced pain, improved sleep, decreased stress and anxiety, increased energy, and profound relaxation. Reiki supports healing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
During these challenging times, Distance Reiki Healing can alleviate tension and stress. No technology or specific platform is required; simply receive the pure healing energy wherever you are. Through Peg’s pure and loving intention, Reiki will reach you anywhere in the world. Reiki is limitless.
To participate, find a peaceful and cozy space for 30-60 minutes and let your body, mind, and spirit receive this energy wherever you need it most.. You deserve this time of relaxation, and if possible, take the time to bask in the after-effects or even drift off to sleep.
